Official communiqué from Nfortec on COVID-19

For all of us, the health of our community and other citizens is our highest priority. Following the measures of the state of alarm, decreed by the government of Spain and the Ministry of Health, we want to inform you that we will continue to provide the necessary services so that you can receive your orders.

In our sector there is a practically non-existent contact between our workers, and for all those that their position allows it, they have been working telematically since a week ago.

In order to guarantee the safest delivery for everyone involved, we have taken the necessary precautions and measures to ensure that no one is put at risk.

It is possible that shipments may suffer some delay and it may not be possible to deliver them within the schedule we were ensuring so far. We ask for your patience as the situation is extreme. In the locations that are completely closed, we will not be able to make the delivery, so we will contact you to let you know the situation and as soon as it is normalized we will be able to deliver your order.

We have also introduced changes in the delivery method, in conjunction with the transport companies we work with and following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Health.

From now on, delivery drivers will not come into contact with customers. The method of delivery confirmation by signature is replaced by PDA. Customers will now have to sign and enter their details on a sheet of paper which the delivery person will take a photo of to record the delivery. In this process there will be no contact at all and the delivery drivers will have to be equipped with the corresponding protections.
