What do we do with your data?
- Create an account" section.
The main purpose of such processing is the processing of orders and management of actions requested by the person concerned. The basis that legitimizes the treatment is the express consent in accordance with Article 6.1.a) RGPD granted by ticking the box. The Data will be kept until the person concerned deletes his or her personal account, after which they will be kept duly blocked until the expiry of the statute of limitations for legal actions. Once this period has elapsed, the Data will be irreversibly deleted.

The data will be processed for the purpose of managing your purchase: shipping, collection, after-sales procedures.
The basis that legitimizes the treatment is the execution of the contractual relationship of sale in accordance with article 6.1.b) RGPD. The Data may be communicated to the technical departments of the manufacturers when it is necessary to process the warranty of a product. This communication is legitimized by Article 6.1.c) RGPD, the treatment is necessary to comply with the legal obligation of guarantee stipulated by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To process the delivery of your order, the delivery person may request identification data in order to identify your identity and prevent fraudulent deliveries (such as ID number, name or surname). We inform you that your data will only be processed for this purpose. Under no circumstances will the delivery person be allowed to take an image of your identification document; he/she will not be allowed to take photographs or videos by any means.
In the event that the collection is carried out by a person other than the one who has processed the order, we inform you that the processing of the Data is strictly necessary for the prevention of fraud in accordance with Recital 47 RGPD, the basis that legitimizes the processing is the legitimate interest.
The Data will not be subject to international transfer. The Data will be kept until the end of the product warranty. Thereafter, they will be kept blocked until the statute of limitations date for legal actions (e.g. retention of invoices). After this period, the Data will be irreversibly deleted.
- Sending newsletters and personalized commercial communications.
We will use your identification and contact information to send you personalized information about the news of the website, news of interest, promotions and offers of our products and services.
When there is a previous contractual relationship between NAT and the interested party, the legitimate basis for sending commercial prospecting will be Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI"), as long as it is information related to products marketed by NAT of a similar nature to those previously purchased by the user.
Outside the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, NAT may only send commercial prospecting when the person concerned has given his express consent in accordance with Art. 6.1.a) RGPD.
The interested party may easily unsubscribe from the subscription through the link available in each communication (right of objection).
- Section "Sweepstakes"
The Data will be processed to manage the participation of the persons interested in the sweepstakes, as well as to communicate the prizes to the winners.
The basis that legitimizes the treatment is the express consent in accordance with Article 6.1.a) RGPD. The Data will be kept until the statute of limitations of legal actions, after which they will be deleted.
- Work with us" section
The Data will be processed for the management of job applicant applications. The basis that legitimizes the processing is the express consent of the person concerned in accordance with Article 6.1.a) RGPD. The Data will be kept for one year from the receipt of the CV, after which they will be deleted. In any case, the Data will be deleted if the data subject revokes his/her consent within a shorter period of time.
- Contact us" section
The Data will be processed to process a request for information. The legitimate basis for the processing is the express consent of the data subject in accordance with Article 6.1.a) RGPD. The Data will be kept only for the period necessary to process the query. Subsequently, they will be deleted.
- Ethical Channel" section
The Data will be processed for the purpose of investigating the communications submitted by the informant, verify the facts and take corrective measures as necessary. This processing is legitimized by Article 6.1.c) RGPD, the processing is necessary to comply with the obligations arising from Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and anti-corruption.
The Data will be kept only for the period necessary to decide whether or not to initiate an investigation of the facts reported. If it is proven that the information provided or part of it is not truthful, we will proceed to the immediate deletion of the Data, unless such lack of truthfulness may constitute a criminal offense, in which case the information will be kept for the necessary time during the legal proceedings.
In any case, after three months from the receipt of the communication without having initiated investigation actions, we will proceed to the deletion of your Data, except in those cases in which we keep them with the purpose of evidencing the operation of the system. The communications that have not been followed up will be anonymized.
Data Recipients
The Data may be communicated to:
- Banking institutions for the payment of purchases by credit card and/or financing of purchases and obtaining consumer credit. The basis that legitimizes the communication is the execution of the contractual relationship in accordance with article 6.1.b).
- Entities that provide services of investigation, discovery and prevention of fraud, as well as minimizing the risk of its commission, based on the legitimate interest recognized by the regulations in force. The legitimate basis for the transfer is the fulfillment of a legal obligation under Article 6.1.c) RGPD.
- Entities and companies in the energy sector. The legitimate basis for the transfer is the fulfillment of a legal obligation under Article 6.1.c) RGPD.
- To the Office of Consumers and Users in case of any claim. The legitimate basis for the transfer is the fulfillment of a legal obligation under Article 6.1.c) RGPD.
- To manufacturers, technical services and/or wholesalers in the case of warranties or repairs. To those transport companies that may be in charge of sending the corresponding orders to customers. These recipients may be located within the Spanish territory as well as outside of it, depending on the product and/or service purchased. The legitimate basis for the transfer is the fulfillment of a legal obligation under Article 6.1.c) RGPD.
- To transport and parcel delivery companies. The legitimate basis for the communication is the execution of the contractual relationship in accordance with article 6.1.b) RGPD.
- In the legally established cases, as in the case of the Security Forces and Corps. The legitimate basis for the transfer is the fulfillment of a legal obligation under Article 6.1.c) RGPD.
- To the Public Administrations to whom we have to provide information upon request. The legitimate basis for the transfer is the fulfillment of a legal obligation under Article 6.1.c) RGPD.
International Data Transfer
In some cases, we may transfer your Personal Data to service providers located in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who provide us with a service to support us in carrying out our business, acting as processors. In particular, we may transfer your Data to Mailchimp which belongs to the US company The Rocket Science Group, LLC, a provider of email marketing services.
This supplier is included in the "Data Privacy Framework"Therefore, the transfers made to it are covered on the basis of the Commission's Adequacy Decision of July 10, 2023.

Rights of interested parties
The interested party may exercise the following rights:
- You may request information about the personal data stored concerning you (access).

Data quality
Users must guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity and validity of the Data. In any case, the user will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to NAT, or third parties, for the information provided.
Likewise, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information provided, the use of the account is personal and non-transferable.
In case there are doubts about the authenticity of the Data provided, NAT may request the information strictly necessary to ensure that the sale process is formalized with the maximum guarantees for the parties.
Protection of minors
We do not collect personal data from children under the age of fourteen. It is the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian to ensure the privacy of minors, making every effort to ensure that they have authorized the collection and use of the minor's personal data.

These are websites where the user can register and follow us for free. In these social networks users can learn about our activities, opinions, access to photos and videos. NAT reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as to industry practices.
