General Conditions of Contract
These General Conditions of Contract - hereinafter GTC -, regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on this website, owned by NEW ALTERNATIVE TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., with CIF B738691018 (hereinafter NAT and / or NFORTEC, indistinctly) has its registered office in Avda. Europa, Edif. CIDE, Planta 2ª, Vivero 2, Pol. Ind. Las Salinas, 30840, Alhama de Murcia, Murcia.
Users who make purchases on this website fully accept these Terms and Conditions and shall be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase.
It will be essential to read and accept the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.NFORTECgaming.com
NFORTEC reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website, so that the User can consult or print them at any time.
The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified according to market fluctuations. Nevertheless, the realization of the order by means of the completion of the purchase form, implies the conformity with the offered price and with the general conditions of sale in force at that specific moment.
Despite our best efforts to make changes in prices, special promotions, such as sales periods or special offers, as well as discount codes, sometimes a small part of the products in our catalog or discounts may reflect incorrect prices.
In such situations, New Alternative Technologies SLU, reserves the right to cancel the order at our own discretion if the User has not received it. In the event that we cancel an order, this will not entail any cost for the User and we will proceed to reimburse immediately.
Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be understood as perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the consumer purchaser and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will have contractual character and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be filed and the User will have access to it in his User area.
Cancellation of orders
NFORTEC reserves the right to cancel orders or specific products within an order in case of any of the following situations:
Products that are listed as unavailable or out of stock.
Suspected credit card fraud.
Fraud to the detriment of NFORTEC.
Circumstances of force majeure.
In the event that an order is cancelled, NFORTEC will notify the User of such cancellation and will refund all amounts paid for such order within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
It is important to note that NFORTEC will not be responsible for delays or damages caused in the event that a supplier withdraws a product from its catalog.
Availability of products
The availability of the products shown on the Website may vary. NFORTEC takes care to keep the Website constantly and automatically updated to ensure that the information on the availability of products and services is accurate and current.
If you wish to purchase a product and it turns out to be out of stock, you will be informed on screen. You still have the option to place the order, but please note that the delivery time may change. In that case, we will contact you to let you decide whether you prefer to wait or cancel the order. If you decide to cancel, you will be refunded the amount paid.
If at any time after you have placed your order, we discover that a product has been discontinued, we will inform you immediately. You will have the option of choosing another product or requesting a refund.
In the event of a refund, you will be reimbursed via the same payment method you selected as soon as possible.
You will receive an email confirming the refund.
Prices and payment methods of the products
Access to the contents of the Website is completely free of charge and does not require any prior registration.
The purchase prices that appear on the screen when placing an order are those in force at that time and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
In case of any typographical error in the prices, NFORTEC will correct it as soon as possible. In such a case, we will contact you to inform you about the error and, if you do not agree with the price modification, we will refund the amount received
To make electronic payments, NFORTEC has installed an e-commerce payment gateway in collaboration with a bank. All data provided during the payment process is encrypted to ensure maximum security. Please note that NFORTEC does not store any banking information entered through the payment gateway.
At our facilities, we store all the products we offer so that they are immediately available once you place your order. Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will proceed to ship the products you have selected.
Delivery is mostly made within 24 working hours for peninsular destinations and from 5 to 10 days for shipments to the Balearic Islands.
Shipping is free if you have made your purchase in mainland Spain. If your order is destined for the Balearic Islands, you must pay the corresponding shipping costs
Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is greater.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the User. In case of damage or product damaged by transport, you must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours and provide photos of the state of the product / packaging to claim the incident to the carrier.
If you place the order in the Balearic Islands, the shipping costs will be 5.25 euros for orders under 50 euros. For orders over 50 euros the shipping costs will be free.
NFORTEC is committed to deliver the products you buy at the address you indicate in the order form. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
During the summer season or periods of temporary factory downtime, it is possible that delivery days may be subject to change due to vacations.
It is important to note that, unless you expressly authorize us, neither NFORTEC nor the contracted transport agency will deliver your order to unauthorized third parties, such as neighbors or nearby businesses. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be considered received on the first working day thereafter.
We would like to inform you that we will not be responsible for errors in the delivery of the order if the address provided in the form is not accurate, is not real, is false or has been omitted.
In addition, it should be noted that we will not be responsible for possible delays caused by force majeure circumstances or events external to our organization. However, we undertake to take all measures within our power to ensure that orders are delivered within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible.
Returns due to manufacturing defect:
If at the time of receiving the order any defect is detected in the merchandise or in its packaging, we recommend that it is indicated to the carrier. If you have a delivery note, you can also note this circumstance on it, for example, by writing "DAMAGED PACKAGING".
It is important that we are notified of this type of situation within 24 hours of receipt of the order, so that we can provide a solution as soon as possible.
Remember that it is the User's responsibility to verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition.
In this context, we recommend adding the notation "DAMAGED PACKAGING" or similar on the delivery note of the carrier, as this will facilitate any subsequent claim. If this recommendation is not made, the carrier will consider that you have received the product in good condition.
Right of withdrawal:
The User has the right to make a return for withdrawal of any product, within 30 calendar days from receipt thereof. We understand by withdrawal, the return for dissatisfaction, not for damage or errors in the product shipped.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the User's exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the article. Otherwise, NFORTEC reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once the withdrawal form is sent, the user will receive an email with instructions for our transport company to pick it up at the same address to which the shipment was made and bring the product to our facilities.
Upon receipt of the goods and having verified that it is in perfect condition, we will process the refund of the amount including delivery charges (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice by the User of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you report your decision to withdraw from this contract. NFORTEC shall carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, unless it has expressly provided otherwise; in any case, it shall not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.
NFORTEC will take care of collecting the products free of charge throughout the peninsular territory. The User shall be responsible for the payment of transport costs for returns made from the Balearic Islands.
The transport company is chosen by NFORTEC Gaming, these will be 5'95€ in case of a small package, or 11'95€ in case of a large package or more than one article.
Each product that the user wishes to return, must be in perfect condition, with all its labels, and where appropriate, documentation and original accessories that came with it.
NFORTEC will check in its warehouse the adequacy of the returned product, reserving the right not to make the refund if it detects that the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
NFORTEC recommends its Users to keep the original packaging of the products for at least 30 days from receipt of the order in order to make use of it in cases of withdrawal.
*Return of products with gift or promotion: the complete return (complete pack or article + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include game download codes, it will be a requirement not to have downloaded it in order to proceed to the full refund. In the case that it has been downloaded, the amount of the game will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Cancellations and order modifications:
It is possible to cancel orders or modify shipping information, as long as it has not already been delivered to the courier company. To do so, please send us an email to Customer Service indicating your Order ID and if you wish to cancel it or modify the delivery address.
As soon as we make the changes we will notify you, responding to your previous email.
Requests for cancellation and/or modification of orders will only be attended during working hours, therefore, between 16:00 hours on Friday and 12:00 hours on Monday no cancellations and/or modifications will be made. They can be requested first thing Monday morning, but our transport company will have already started the shipment and it will be impossible to cancel it.
Remember that we prepare all orders as quickly as possible so that our Users receive them within 24 hours. If your order has left our warehouse, you will have to wait to receive it to process the cancellation without opening the package or refuse delivery to the carrier so that it can be returned.
The consumer can contact both the seller and the manufacturer of the product, who will respond to any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from the date of purchase (one year for second-hand products), for those products purchased before January 1, 2022. For purchases made after this date, the warranty is extended to 3 years, due to the new consumer regulations.
When the lack of conformity becomes apparent after 6 months and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer may require an independent expert report in order to process the warranty. In obvious cases of malfunction or irregular operation during the warranty period there is no problem.
In any case, during the time the consumer is deprived of the product, the computation of the warranty period is suspended; for example, if the repair of an object takes 15 days, the warranty period will end 15 days later than originally foreseen.
Any manufacturer that has a warranty longer than the 2 years stipulated by the current law, must deal directly with the manufacturer and NEW ALTERNATIVE TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.U. is not responsible for such cases.

NFORTEC informs that the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) provides several options to exercise the right of withdrawal. Among them is the possibility of doing so by filling out a form electronically. In order to shorten the time and that you can make the return in a comfortable and without delay, from NFORTEC advise you to make use of this option and fill out the withdrawal form that will be provided to the formalization of your order, accessing with your username and password.
Invoices for orders may be downloaded from our website, entering the User profile through which the order was placed. Within about 24 hours after the order is sent, the invoice will be available in the order history, ready for downloading.
Any modification of the conditions of purchase shall be effective upon posting on the Website. It is the User's responsibility to periodically review these conditions to be aware of possible changes.
