FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS IN MAINLAND SPAIN
All our products are stored in our facilities, which means that the goods will be ready to be shipped right after you place your order. Once we receive your payment confirmation, we will proceed to ship the selected products.
If you buy in Spain Peninsular:
you get free shipping and free returns if you have made your purchase in Peninsular Spain! No conditions or small print.Your order will be delivered within 24 working hours for the products we have in stock, unless there are transport problems beyond our control.
In case you wish to return a product, we have extended the deadline to 30 days from receipt of your order. We will refund you the full amount and you will not have to pay the return shipping costs, since our transport agency will pick it up at your address free of charge.
If you buy in the Balearic Islands:
If your order is destined for the Balearic Islands, you must pay the corresponding shipping costs.
If you place your order in the Balearic Islands, the shipping costs will be 5.25 euros for orders under 50 euros. For orders over 50 euros the shipping costs will be free of charge .
As for returns for withdrawal made from the Balearic Islands, the amount of the return will be paid by the customer. You just have to inform our customer service and our transport agency will come to your home to pick up the returned product.
Please note that if you place an order outside mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, our customer service team will contact you by email to provide you with specific details about the shipment.
We would like to emphasize that Nfortec is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or complications in production. However, we will inform you immediately in case of any delays. It is also possible that during the summer season or in periods of temporary factory rest due to vacations, delivery days may be subject to change.
We recommend that you keep the original packaging for at least 30 days from receipt of the order, as this will facilitate its identification and possible return.
Finally, it is important to note that if you receive damaged goods or detect any lack of conformity, we recommend that you indicate this on the carrier's delivery note at the time of delivery and/or inform us within 24-48 hours so that we can offer you a solution as soon as possible.
